Architecture
We deliver bespoke residential architecture, from new homes and renovations to small multi-residential projects. Our work is supported by strong planning expertise, including development applications, complying development and expertise in expedition approvals through the complex panning pathways.
Feasibility and Advisory
We provide feasibility and advisory services to support informed decision-making at the earliest stages of a project. This includes site analysis, yield testing, massing studies and planning advice to assess risk, viability and approval pathways before design is progressed.
Planning and Approvals
We provide planning and approvals services, including Statements of Environmental Effects and the coordination of development submissions. Our holistic approach maintains design consistency, manages consultant input and helps streamline approval processes, reducing risk, time and cost.
Interiors and Fitouts
Integrated interior design that is developed alongside the architecture — including spatial planning, finishes, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting and furniture.
Construction Certificates
Detailed documentation and consultant coordination to ensure the design intent is carried through to built form.
Complying Development
We assist with complying development approvals, offering a faster and more certain pathway where sites meet the relevant controls. This process can significantly reduce approval time, minimise risk and provide early cost certainty, allowing projects to move to construction sooner.
NSW Pattern Housing
Integrated interior design that is developed alongside the architecture — including spatial planning, finishes, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting and furniture.We have experience working with the NSW Pattern Housing framework, a state-led initiative that provides pre-approved housing designs to streamline planning approvals. Where suitable, this pathway can reduce assessment time, improve approval certainty and lower upfront costs, while still allowing projects to respond to site conditions and local context.
Landscape Plans
Daniel brings a lifetime of experience with plants and landscape, having grown up in a family business dedicated to the land. We can assist with basic landscape plans or collaborate closely with a landscape architect to ensure gardens and outdoor spaces are integrated seamlessly with the architecture.

We work across facets of architecture; shaping cohesive, well-resolved environments through a considered, end-to-end design process. From early briefing and concept development through to detailed resolution and delivery, our approach is collaborative, rigorous and grounded in context.
